Prestige Restorations did a very good job restoring our roof, me and my wife were very pleased with the work they did, Rob Bice took the time to explain how the work would be done and answered any questions we had about the process.
Hands down if you are looking to replace your roof Prestige Restorations is the way to go. I have desperately needed to replace it for some time. Rahime and Andrew came out and did an assessment on my roof (@230pm) sat and called my insurance company that day with me and filed the claim (it took 10 minutes)! Before they even left my home I had an insurance adjuster appointed and he scheduled an appointment the next morning to come out! The adjuster AND the roofing company were at my home by 9 am to do a claim assessment. By 10:30 am that morning everything was assessed, filed, and approved to replace my entire roof. I met with them and picked my shingle color, it was ordered and delivered to my home! They installed it in one day! This entire process took a week and a half from start to finish including getting the first check from my insurance company. I wasn't even home for the installation. There was one hiccup with gutter covers and Kyle (the owner) was at my home within an hour to discuss and resolve the issue. I cannot say enough good things about this company and the process. It was so painless, quick and my roof looks so amazing ❤️❤️ it was a huge piece to transitioning my home into a more modern look! If anyone needs a new roof and is procrastinating like I did because you can't afford it then reach out to them! I work my butt off to make ends meet most days with the economy and they made this happen for me!
