“Our basement flooded on February 28th and ending up calling six different remodeling companies to come out for estimates. We were ghosted by three contractors, another contractor attempted to call our insurance company and have our checks sent directly to him, instead of us, and the two that did show said we would have an estimate in a couple days. We drove around to the places they wanted us to get materials from, using our gas and days off from work, only to be ghosted again and not even a response saying they were not interested. We reached out to True North Remodeling, two months after getting the run around from other companies, and Jay showed up the next day to look at our basement. We finally received an estimate the day after that. I would text him multiple times a day with questions and he always answered! They started work not even two weeks later and their team was on time every morning at 8:30 am, rain or shine. We love our new basement! Jay, Deb, Melvin, Candido, and Tomas did an incredible job and went above and beyond for us and finished the work sooner than we thought it would take. They even had a person on their team come out, after the job was completely, and fix something I wanted changed. We are extremely happy with how professional, commutative, and hardworking True North Remodeling was. We will definitely be using them again when we are ready for our kitchen remodel. I can’t thank them enough for all the hard work they did and now I have my dream basement. Thank you True North Remodeling!”
