“I am seldom in Washington, D.C. anymore, so it has been several years since I have used Mr. Kim's services. But he is a master at his craft and his tailoring is flawless. Over the years, he has made about 20 shirts for me, one custom suit, and altered many pants, jackets and suits so they looked and felt custom made. He is a genius at what he does. I have read some of the reviews that seem to take issue with him rather than his work. I have always found him a good, kind, empathetic guy, with an interest in knowing his customers. The reason I am writing this review now is that I just googled to see if his shop was still open and was delighted to find that it is. I have two upcoming trips to DC and was thinking maybe I would stop by and order some shirts.“

“I went to Song's Custom Tailor today and she was extremely friendly and accommodating. I needed a tuxedo jacket brought in for a New Year's Eve event and got there around noon. I was able to pick it up at 4 pm and it was done extremely well. I thought the prices were very fair especially for the quick turn around. She is also very nice and skilled. I will be bringing more suits to her!“

“I've been going to Chelsea Cleaners for years for both my dry cleaning and alterations! They've been able to get even the worst of champagne stains out of brides maids dresses and have helped me in a pinch repeatedly with alterations!“

“One of the better cleaners in the area. Have taken several items here without a mishap. Bulkier items like comforters take a bit longer to clean. Disappointed that there is no one on site that does alterations.“
