I am always met with pleasant smiles at the zips cleaners in silver spring. They are professional and attend to my issues and inquiries with a smile, especially Brenda, Lydia and Jimmy.
Great customer service! I also thoroughly enjoy our in-depth conversations of cricket lure with the Pakistani manager everytime I drop stuff off. He is as knowledgeable and passionate about the sport, as he is of drycleaning!! 5/5
