Do they hire egregiously rude people or are they trained to be egregiously rude? It’s like a race to the bottom for the employees, even worse than the DMV. I have never had one polite customer service experience here. Not. One. They respond with attitude, sarcasm and vitriol over completely vanilla, routine, antiseptic transactions. It’s outrageous and I get tired having to constantly snap back at their entirely unprovoked attacks. The second star is because it’s cheap, next-day service. Still not worth it- spend more elsewhere and be treated with respect.

Finally found this place and dry cleaned my pea coats after wearing them for several winters. Service was efficient. Dropped them off in the morning and they were done before 5 pm that day. Staff were okay. Not rude but they just mean business. No chitchat or small talk, which is okay, I guess.Only giving 4 stars because location is in a bit of a sketchy area but I didn’t want to drive to their Gaithersburg location.

The van ness store lost my clothes, fessed up a d promised to investigate, then claimed I had picked them up and would show me video: never did. Calling corporate was a waste of time. The store reached out through yelp but never contacted me or acknowledged my attempt to respond to the yelp. I'm giving the Hechinger Mall store a try. Definitely count your stuff before leaving. Keep or take pictures of all of your tickets. And don't let them consolidate many bundles on one ticket. Fingers crossed. The value and quick turnaround are hard to walk away from. But BE CAREFUL!!
