I called into Greer Water Works shop at 3:20. Alex pulled up to my house at 4:25. Very professional and polite, took apart water heater, repaired the part, re-started. Waited 20 min to verify hot water was running properly, which it was perfectly. Very great service ! Btw, still waiting for callback from BGE“
