“We worked with One Source Contracting on the full commercial tenant fit-out for our new dental office in Baltimore, and I can honestly say the experience exceeded our expectations from start to finish. Taking on a commercial construction project, especially for a healthcare and dentistry space, can feel overwhelming with all the moving parts involved, but their team made the process incredibly smooth and organized.

From the beginning, they worked closely with us, our commercial landlord, and Carballo Architecture to make sure every detail of the dental office build-out stayed on track. There are so many layers involved in a renovation like this, from permits and paperwork to scheduling trades and coordinating inspections, and they handled all of it professionally.

We had a leak in the dining room ceiling of our 100 year old house that damaged a wall and the original crown molding. Robert and his team came in, were able to have matching crown molding made and did a beautiful job repairing the plaster. They also identified a problem with a beam over an adjacent window and were able to trouble shoot and come up with a plan to restored that in the process and saved us from future problems.
