One Source did a truly amazing job of making the traditional and gorgeous aspects of the original house shine, while modernizing the rest in a seamless fashion for a spectacular result. We had a leak in the dining room ceiling of our 100 year old house that damaged a wall and the original crown molding. Robert and his team came in, were able to have matching crown molding made and did a beautiful job repairing the plaster. They also identified a problem with a beam over an adjacent window and were able to trouble shoot and come up with a plan to restored that in the process and saved us from future problems. At each step they explained the plan in detail. Robert gave multiple options at a range of prices with no pressure. “I had K&A do work on my exterior- paint shutters, rehang one that had fallen off, fix downspouts, remove an old satellite dish on 7-20-23. Throughout the process they were very responsive, friendly and quoted a reasonable price, they were slightly higher than the other 2 companies I contacted. I decided to go with them because of their responsiveness. It turned they found an issue I was not aware of as well. A piece of our siding had popped out and it was causing a small leak into my garage. They fixed it and didn't even charge me for it. They showed up on time, completed the work quicker than I had anticipated and charged me what they quoted. I will be contacting them to do more work for my company building.“

“My wife and I own a family medicine office out of our home in Williamsport MD. We chose Reliable Contractors because of a recommendation from our neighbor. They have done multiple roofs in our area, all with outstanding reviews. One of my concerns was patience, coming in and out of the office with men on the roof and possible debris falling from the roof. I was assured that that wouldn’t be a problem and it wasn’t. They taped off the areas that they needed to and very little debris was dropped in those two areas. Their price was more reasonable than other prices that we got. They worked quickly and put in extra hours to get us done in less than three days. I could not be more pleased with the outcome of their job. I inspected the corners, the lines, the edges, etc. The craftsmanship was top-notch. There were no gaps or irregularities in the roof, soffit and facia or the gutters and downspouts. Everything as far as I was concerned was perfect.“
