My wife and I first contacted “One Source” in 2001 after purchasing a one story house in southern Anne Arundel County , MD. We really liked the 3 acre lot with surrounding woods but the house itself was small and outdated. We met with Randy and Todd and they gave us some ideas on what could be done to transform the house into the home that we wanted. We gave them our budget and they put together plans to add a second floor with a large primary suite with a large bathroom. They also had several ideas on improving the bedrooms, bathroom and kitchen on the original main floor.

One Source completed a whole home renovation of our row home, including adding a partial 3rd story addition that beautifully complemented our historic home. We appreciated that they were able to source doors and trim for our house to match the originals and added a new staircase that was in keeping with the character you would expect in a 1906 home. They also added modern touches at our request, including finding a source for a custom accordion window on our 3rd floor addition to create an indoor/outdoor bar between the addition and the deck.
