Fyi: the shingles are hard to match due to age so i thought getting the HOA's approval was going to be tough. This company guaranteed that they could get the HOA's approval, which they did! He really listened to me during the design phase to ensure that we were going to build what I wanted. He even helped me find an engineer for the necessary drawings. They were able to get the necessary permits from DCRA and answer all their questions. There was an issue with the project due to the weather, and Evail came out on Christmas day to address it! I was extremely satisfied the basement stairs and entry that they built. When it was time to pay the bill, everything was straight forward and as promised in the beginning.
