I have used Marafatsos Construction for at least 15 years on commercial properties.with excellent results. This is a variety of projects ranging from sidewalks , curb pans paving, demolition and grading . They have an all in one work force. Complete with trucks, and all equipment needed for the modern construction site. In addition are a very professional company with highly experienced employees. The supervisory support is skilled and knowledgeable of current construction practices and building codes. They still treat each customer individually. Always professional work from a true family owned and operated company. Marafatsos & Sons has been doing work in communities I manage for generations and the work that they have done decades ago still looks like it was just completed. The workmanship is second to none. They have saved me thousands because they are so well versed in the industry that they can often help guide decisions without involving engineers and other expensive consultants.
