We highly recommend Unique Resources to anyone living in an old house that needs repair. We worked with Robert and his team on a renovation of the recessed lighting system in our Roland Park row house in January 2026. The work required cutting into plaster ceilings so that the electrician could rewire and then replaster and paint. After a recent roof leak(center of my living room), Unique Resources quickly came to my rescue, accessed the problem and quickly repaired it. They even located shingles to match perfectly with the rest of the roof. We have used Robert’s company for 20yrs on many projects, always completed with great satisfaction. When we needed a window service he didn’t supply he found a wonderful glass service for us. He goes above and beyond. I highly recommend his company, his honesty and his very wonderful workers.
I would give Unique Resources my highest recommendation. The quality of their work is exceptional. We had a leak in the dining room ceiling of our 100 year old house that damaged a wall and the original crown molding. Robert and his team came in, were able to have matching crown molding made and did a beautiful job repairing the plaster. They also identified a problem with a beam over an adjacent window and were able to trouble shoot and come up with a plan to restored that in the process and saved us from future problems.
