Mike was on time. Checked everything out. Verified that my ancient a/c could be used another season. Suggested I investigate a new a/c unit maybe next year. He was up front and explained why. I appreciate that.

The project just completed (replacing an inoperable gas water heater with a gas tankless water heater) was handled in a professional manner from the moment I placed the initial call to the office, until the technicians completed the job. Stephen and John handled the difficult job (most of it in a spider-laden crawlspace) most efficiently, improving on the existing water lines.
