“I first came in contact with Justin when he knocked on the door and said storms had come through the area. I had already had the roof inspected once and insurance denied our claim. I was hesitant to have him look at the roof, but decided it couldn’t hurt. He noticed damage and offered to speak with our insurance with me since I was hesitant to place another claim. He assured me he would be at the inspection and on the roof when the inspector came to point out the damage. He was true to his word and he met the agent and walked around with him to make sure he was notating damage. The claim was accepted and we now have a new roof. The company was responsive to all of our questions and helped us through each step. They were professional and always on time. I can’t say enough positive about how wonderful our experience was with this company. The crew was polite and worked hard to complete the project on time.”
