“I had an amazing experience with Isabel!! She was very kind and attentive, and I really appreciate how she took her time to make sure my nails were up to standard. I have very sensitive and dry skin but she was extra careful to not hurt me. I have been having trouble finding a good nail tech, so I am glad I finally found someone I could trust. The staff was very friendly, and I am very happy with how my nails turned out. I highly recommend!!“

“My nail technician (Emma) is absolutely wonderful and does a fantastic job with my nails. However, I think the salon really needs to hire a designated receptionist (if there is already one, they are never there during my appt times).

My appointments tend to be interrupted by my technician having to run to the front desk to answer phones and check people in. It is completely out of her control, but it makes the appointment take much longer and disrupts the experience. I would venture to guess this is why she was running so behind today when I came.

Five stars for the talent, but it harms customers and the technicians to not have a receptionist coverage for the whole time they are open.“
