“My nail technician (Emma) is absolutely wonderful and does a fantastic job with my nails. However, I think the salon really needs to hire a designated receptionist (if there is already one, they are never there during my appt times).

My appointments tend to be interrupted by my technician having to run to the front desk to answer phones and check people in. It is completely out of her control, but it makes the appointment take much longer and disrupts the experience. I would venture to guess this is why she was running so behind today when I came.

Five stars for the talent, but it harms customers and the technicians to not have a receptionist coverage for the whole time they are open.“

My stylist rushed my pedicure and left me feeling disappointed with the quality of service. Definitely still recommend this place and go later in the evenings if you don’t want to be surrounded by a lot of people.“
