“This is by far THE BEST place to go if you need any type of physical therapy!! I'm going for CMC (arthritis in my basal joint, or hand/thumb) & JOSH is the one treating me there.. His hand knowledge is impeccable! On my 1st visit, he explained everything about CMC to me, like why I have pain, what's causing the pain & how he's going to treat the pain. He answered all of my 100 questions so that I would understand all that's going on. I went to a PT for my knee at "a place in Crestwood," & I felt so uncomfortable there that after 3 visits, I didn't go back.At Frederick Health - Aspen Ridge, it is totally different, I'm talking night & day differently! He is AMAZING!! The great vibe & treatment starts as soon as you walk in the front door & it just flows into the treatment area! It sucks to be in pain as it is, & the last thing you need is to be treated badly! So if you need PT, you need to go to Frederick Health-Aspen Ridge! All of the people there are without a doubt a "Ray of Sunshine" & that's what you need when you're in pain. Thank you, Frederick Health -Aspen Ridge, for making my day that much better!!!“

““KUDOS” to Lisa,Alex and the whole team of “Above All Physical Therapy”, I’ve been to so many therapist over the year, about 4 years, and from my previous experience after few visits to them, I drag myself just to finished the recommended number of visits, none of them are close to what these people do. They’re all on hands to their patients, very detailed, explained everything they do to you, they will not cut your time short, their clinic name says it all, they go above all their patients, thank you all for the help and I’m sure after my hips procedure, I’ll be requesting your clinic to my provider. They have been friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and caring since I first called to make an appointment. They follow your progress and make adjustments as needed. They also offer dryneedling which has been a plus.“
