This spa is absolutely amazing!! Super relaxing from the moment you walk in. I had both a facial and the swedish massage. Once you're checked in, they take you back to a waiting area.. the package I bought, I received a robe and slippers to change into, which makes the experience even better. They sit and talk with you about areas you would like focused on and what's causing the issue. During the massage, they make sure the pressure applied is okay and doesn't hurt. They will work with you to make sure you're relaxed. Afterward, or even before, they will bring you a warm neck wrap to relax even further and some hot tea. The Zen tea is the best!! I will definitely be back!!
