About Kimbrough Ambulatory Care Center
Kimbrough Ambulatory Care has a mixed reputation. Some reviewers report positive experiences, such as quick appointment lines, prompt return of voicemails, and convenient online chat services. Others have had negative interactions, citing unfriendly staff, long wait times, and poor communication. Some reviewers express frustration with the facility's policies, including a requirement that patients be accompanied by a driver, who is then left unattended in the waiting room. However, others note that the facility meets basic medical needs, despite its shortcomings.
Women at the front desk of the freedom clinic have terrible I mean absolutely terrible customer service every time I visit. I don’t know how those 3 women have a job. Kimbrough MUST do better. They talk to you like your trash and as if we are a burden on them and whatever conversation they have going on. I only comment if the service was above or below standard.
Any health concerns I bring up are almost always brushed over or ignored. The doctors seem as if they just don’t care. The clinic is almost always unreliable, they tend to not stick to the appt times at all, or not follow up when they say they will.
I had a very negative experience with one of the providers. During my appointment, I felt that my concerns were not fully heard, and I was repeatedly told that I was taking up her time. I was also documented as noncompliant with medication despite explaining that I had relocated before I was able to pick up the prescription. My concern is not that I had not started the medication at the time of the visit, but that the circumstances surrounding it were not accurately reflected.
Overall, I left the appointment feeling dismissed and uncomfortable discussing my health concerns.
