About Kimbrough Ambulatory Care Center
Kimbrough Ambulatory Care has a mixed reputation. Some reviewers report positive experiences, such as quick appointment lines, prompt return of voicemails, and convenient online chat services. Others have had negative interactions, citing unfriendly staff, long wait times, and poor communication. Some reviewers express frustration with the facility's policies, including a requirement that patients be accompanied by a driver, who is then left unattended in the waiting room. However, others note that the facility meets basic medical needs, despite its shortcomings.
The fact that nobody answers the phone when you call patient advocacy and that there is no way to leave a message tells you all you need to know about this place. They need to do better.
Also, please clean up the goose poop that covers every sidewalk into your hospital. It’s disgusting and causes people to track E. coli all over your hospital floor.
I feel hopeless trying to get help here. Compared to my last base it is so bad. I feel like I just stay in pain and no one cares. Phone numbers do not work and the trying to get an appointment is discount, referral management and patient advocate are not helpful and I get sent in circles to talk to the same people. People are not educated in how to route phone calls.
The Pharmacy is absolute trash (the PX pharmacy is even worse). My Rx refills are screwed up 75%-80% of the time. The refills are either sent to the wrong location, late or incomplete. Most of the staff are helpful and are seemingly hardworking but far too many are nothing but oxygen thieves. On several occasions I have gone to pick up a refill only to encounter a line of almost a dozen customers with only one window open while Soldiers and civilians can be observed idly sitting behind closed windows chatting about their weekend, doing their nails or on their phones. Heads need to roll. This is unacceptable.
