Joe arrived promptly to address a stressful wet basement issue. He was knowledgeable, friendly, helpful and kind. A very trustworthy man. We are grateful for his service and will call him for future plumbing issues.

Called Joe for water around our boiler. He was quick to answer and respond to our issue. Once he arrived, he was very professional and explained everything he was doing. Even after he fixed our water problem, he recommended testing our water for harmful minerals/acidity. Again, throughout this process he explained everything and made us more comfortable with our choice on calling. Made further recommendations to help us down the road.
