M & M replaced my water heater through my home warranty. Mo was professional, communicative, and meticulous. He answered my questions patiently, and it never felt like he was rushing to just get the job done. Rather, he wanted to do it right. My other water heater was extremely old and no longer viable, and I'm so grateful to Mo/M & M for installing a new one. Our neighbor referred M&M and Maurice came out to take a look at what the repairs needed were. He was timely in communications and arrived on-time. He told us exactly what parts were needed, went to his truck to see if he had the part, which he didn't and offered to come by the following day, which was a Sunday, with the parts.He came the following day with all the parts, and even replaced the faucets in another sink.
