“Everyone has been absolutely amazing. Joanne was my first contact person there and she was fantastic. She answered all of my questions and was so polite and got everything set up for me. This has been a very stressful time for me as I have just recently lost my sister very suddenly. I had been in Colorado to say a goodbye to her. Joanne was very understanding and put my mind at ease. The whole process of getting everything ready for the contractors went much smoother than I had anticipated. All the gentleman that were there were very polite and once again answered all my questions, even though I most likely asked them the same questions over and over again. Brett Duckworth has also been a great help too. And last but not least, Chris Coronis is a true delight and I can’t wait for him to come out and getting started on our work. “Had water damage along with mold growth my two bathrooms and laundry room. Contacted my insurance company and Phoenix Restoration contacted me very quickly after. Jason came by and was very friendly and knowledgeable about the job ahead. They did a quick job setting up their equipment and gave me clear instructions on what to do (just keeping the doors sealed and monitoring the fans in the unlikely event of a malfunction). They took away their equipment a few days later at a time that was convenient for me. The employee even called to confirm what time I would be available. Hopefully I won't have any more problems with the house, but if I do I would most likely use Phoenix again.“

“5 stars for the staff that was sent to my home. They were courteous. They cleaned up all of the mess. They did a really good job and answered all my questions. the office staff is another story. The Office staff Get one star from me,. The woman Tina that . I worked with in the office was unprofessi, Rude and unapologetic For the ordering of the supplies needed for my job snafu..“
