ServiceMaster Quality Clean

I was extremely impressed with ServiceMaster, especially Mike! From the moment he arrived, he was professional, knowledgeable, and clearly knew exactly what needed to be done. I had some water damage, and Mike immediately got everything moving in the right direction. He took the time to explain the entire process, answered my questions, and made a stressful situation much easier to deal with.

Mike’s work ethic is unbelievable. He was prompt, on time, thorough, hardworking, and incredibly professional from start to finish. You can tell he genuinely takes pride in his work and cares about doing the job right.

Our dishwasher exploded, no, not really, but it felt like it did. We came downstairs for breakfast to find the floorboards in the kitchen had raised, and it was squishy walking on them. Thank goodness for Servicemaster. I don’t know how long the water had been leaking under the Dishwasher but Servicemaster knew exactly what to. Their team was so efficient not a moment was wasted, and they all seemed no to work in sync with each other.
Their whole crew was so professional and yet friendly and helpful. I Must say thank you to Mike J, Mike S, Anthony, and Dale for wonderful service.

Mike and Anthony did the cleanup after we had water come in through our roof. They came out a total of 3 times, and were quick to get everything done during each visit. They both kept me informed of what was going on the whole time, answered all the questions I had, were prompt with arrival times, and were very pleasant to work with. I don’t hope that we will experience water damage again, but I know who I’d call if we ever did!
