Except for a couple items, things went very well. The guys were upfront, answered all questions, did a thorough job of tearing down and cleaning up. Would recommend them for future problems.

Tj did a great job cleaning the carpets in two rooms and also the recliner in the den. He also cleaned the runners in the hallways as an added bonus. Will definitely have him back again. Very nice guy.

TJ was very communicative and arrived promptly. I received an estimate online , TJ responded by phone in less than an hour and then actually came and cleaned the next day! He was respectful of the house and efficiently cleaned our lower level family room wall to wall carpet. Prior to starting he reviewed any areas of concern that might need extra attention. The entire process only took an hour. The room was completely dry to the touch in about 24 hours.
