Quality 1st Basement Systems, a division of Basement Systems USA, installed a French Drain System in my basement in 2007 to address significant underground water intrusion during rainfall. This issue led to (replacing)to my HVAC system and hot water tank, necessitating frequent pump replacements purchased from Home Depot.
Recently, the water intrusion recurred. In May 2026, I acquired another pump, but this did not resolve the problem. Initially, there were some challenges, but Manager Kyle subsequently visited my residence, inspected the system, and honored the lifetime warranty provided by Basement Systems. Bernie, Eliseo, Ismael did a great job on the doors that were installed 8/14/26. All so knowledgeable on the job that was done. I plan on recommending Quality 1st basements systems to others. I wish to thank these guys for everything.
