Most HORRIFIC service ever! They're thieving frauds!

DO NOT, I REPEAT DO NOT ever hire this company, they are lying, thieving & manipulative. ONE star is way too good for the long drawn out unprofessional work I received....They did not man the job, inflated cost, cut corners and left me high & dry over a year into building a small single family home. I've seen whole complexes built in a year & these douche bags were not even halfway finished with my home after a year. STAY FAR AWAY from these crooks.

Had water damage along with mold growth my two bathrooms and laundry room. Contacted my insurance company and Phoenix Restoration contacted me very quickly after. Jason came by and was very friendly and knowledgeable about the job ahead. They did a quick job setting up their equipment and gave me clear instructions on what to do (just keeping the doors sealed and monitoring the fans in the unlikely event of a malfunction). They took away their equipment a few days later at a time that was convenient for me. The employee even called to confirm what time I would be available. Hopefully I won't have any more problems with the house, but if I do I would most likely use Phoenix...read full review
