My dog, Zeus, and I have been attending classes and he has been going to daycare weekly at the facility since he was almost a year old in early 2021. Her classes help train both dogs and their owners to bring the best out of each other. Savannah’s lessons/classes often include “bonus time” because she’s dedicated to helping dog owners truly understand why their dogs do what they do and how to effectively communicate with their dogs.Savannah’s methods for training are tailored specifically to your dog and your goals for their training. Pet-U-Cation is a unique facility that offers not just daycare and classes, but teaches the owners about dog behavior awareness in daily life and provides a safe space for ANY dog to learn how to “dog” appropriately in public and at home. Clients are encouraged to interact in group format and analyze dog behaviors together, which has resulted in the “PUC fam” and a true support network of owners.“

“Therese was amazing. We received multiple updates. Just when I was thinking I wonder how the dogs are doing, I would get a text with a photo of them. She had jackets on them when it was cold and I was able to have an awesome weekend with no worries. Domestic Pet Care was convenient and affordable. When you have a trip that you are not able to bring the entire family (pets), Domestic Pet Care will take care of the pets for you and treat them like family for you.“

“My dogs and I absolutely love PUPS training. Karen and Krystin and Val teach your dog to think. There is no food reward. A prong collar is used. Your dog’s confidence soars because your dog figures things out. The dogs love it and respond so very positively to it. When I train at home, all the dogs want to join the fun. And, they remember every detail even years later, because it all makes sense to them and was presented in a fun and logical way. Yes, there are corrections that you and your dog learn. It’s all real and fair and your dog has respect for the process. Karen has taught me a great deal about observing dogs and reading their language. I use PUPS basics every day in my work as veterinarian, and I certainly utilize them every single day at home. Thank you !“

“This is based on our first and only visit so far. Our greyhound was seen right on time with no wait. All staff were very friendly and welcoming to me and my dog. Though the establishment is small and local, they have a modern payment system and an online portal to track our pets medical history.“

“I can’t speak highly enough of Rocky Gorge. I’m that over the top dog mom and the care , respect , professionalism and genuine concern for my pets and myself is amazing, The entire staff understands the stress bringing a pet to the vet can cause and they do everything they can to make the visit as comfortable as possible. The level of medical care my pets receive is top notch . Every member of the staff are phenomenal. However, Dr. Wooleyhand is true a godsend to my pets and myself. It’s so reassuring to have a vet such as herself , to go above and beyond to ensure my pets receive everything they need . I travel from DC to Rocky Gorge because my pets deserve the best .“

“The store is small and cluttered. Normally, I shop at PetSmart but the price for the cat litter was just too good to pass up. No issues with the staff - probably a woman mgr.- who took the cart to my car. Very pleasant.“
