My dog, Zeus, and I have been attending classes and he has been going to daycare weekly at the facility since he was almost a year old in early 2021. Her classes help train both dogs and their owners to bring the best out of each other. “There’s simply no way for me to express my sincere gratitude & satisfaction with Wilde Acres. Carter & Melanie have truly changed my 8 month old Sheepadoodle. My husband & I were at our wits end with this hyper, leash pulling, nipping and biting, and counter surfing puppy when one of my patients told me about Wild Acres. We had already tried another method of training that was a complete failure because they didn’t show us how to properly train. Carter & Melanie have gone above and beyond with our Bash boy. Even though he is still a work in progress, the changes for the better are amazing. They are also very quick to respond to any questions and/or concerns. “My highly anxious dog decided she no longer wanted to play with all of the other dogs in group play. The team at Best Friends suggested the All Dogs Welcome program with individual attention. She loves her caretakers and they enjoy her goofiness. While she does not get socialized with other dogs, I am happy that she interacts with people and is still exhausted when she comes home.“

“I cannot recommend Tanzi enough! She really helped us gain back a sense of control with our wild, large breed puppy and we are so grateful. She has a very calm and warm presence and is incredibly knowledgeable. Every visit was efficient and she gave us the tools to better understand our dog's behavior which I think is so important when training! We had looked into some other training programs in the area, some that use collar reinforcement and I am so glad we went with Tanzi instead using just a more gentle and positive reinforcement method. It really does work! I loved her website and there is a TON of information that is helpful to use in between visits. If you are looking for a dog trainer Tanzi is definitely the way to go for a very personalized experience!“
