10912 York Rd #200, Cockeysville“We HIGHLY recommend Sit Means Sit in Cockeysville! We had Olivia as our trainer and she was awesome. Our half beagle/mountain cur mix, Buckey, can be a handful but she was so patient with him. After four training days we could already see a MASSIVE difference. My husband and I were both a little hesitant on the typical shock collar method but the TENS unit collar and Olivia’s training definitely won us over. Buckey training left everyday happy and was excited to be back every morning we dropped him off. She would text and call us to check on Buckey in between sessions. Both Nathan and Carmen really care for the wellbeing of every dog that walks through their door. I’ve tried places before where the trainers can’t even remember your name, let alone information about your dog. Would highly recommend to anyone who needs a little more structure especially if you have a more reactive dog like ours! It’s hard to find a place that you can really trust with your dog, where you know you can leave him in good hands all day (especially with this kind of training). Olivia and the team at Sit Means Sit are incredible, we are so grateful for them and we absolutely plan to continue with group classes and daycare through them!“

11809 Reisterstown Rd, Reisterstown“I just lost my precious dachshund, Rusty. I have to talk of my experience at TLC. Dr. Lucas and I worked together when Rusty was diagnosed with congestive heart failure and later, kidney disease. We walked a tightrope, as Dr. Lucas described it, making medical decisions for both conditions. The heart condition alone usually has a year or less life expectancy. Rusty went on to 1 year and 8 months for me and my baby. In addition, the ladies loved on him sometimes calling him the Rust Man :) I even ended up going to a Vet ER before TLC opened, due to a breathing issue which can occur with the heart condition, and one of these wonderful ladies came and sat with me for several hours when she found out and got off work. I can't begin to describe the wonderful love shown to my boy at TLC. When he passed, there were tears from all, and Dr. Lucas called from his vacation to express his condolences. You will never go wrong bringing your sweet baby to TLC for Pets.“

1030-D Leslie Ave, Catonsville“My name is Tobin & I'm a very adorable 16 month old female American Bully (XL). My “pet parents” first took me to Pet-U-Cation back in November, and I honestly wasn’t really sure why we needed to go, after all, I love all dogs, kids, and people of any kind. Training wasn’t something I really thought I needed. I had so many friends at my old daycare, but sometimes the older dogs didn’t really understand that I look intimidating and mature, but I’m really just a puppy who sometimes doesn’t understand when someone doesn’t want to be my friend. Anyways, I met Savannah, and she said I could come to day training and if I listened and understood the rules and boundaries, I could come to daycare. I’ve been going at least two times a week since February and I just love my days there! Susan helped me learn confidence with the flirt pole and how to consistently heel and come when called and now that I am a better listener I get to play with so many dog friends! The structure and consistency I get there has made it so I don’t get in any trouble at home anymore. I’m halfway through my Canine Good Citizen course and am walking so nicely on a leash and looking forward to passing my test. I’ve even gotten to spend a few nights at my “trainers” house and she makes me work hard and reinforces my learning, but also is a big softie. I wish I came here back when I was rescued from BARCs, but I plan on doing daycare FOREVER and anytime my people are out of town I’m definitely staying with Savannah!“

“Tanzi helped us do 3 training sessions with our newly adopted shelter dog and our 4 year old. We were having a really tough time because our older dog did not like the new pup and was in acting out of fear/anxious/aggression and we even had a biting incident. Tanzi came to our house and did trainings that were specific to our situation and pivoted based on what she could see. She was clear with her instruction, provided written notes and responded quickly over email. Almost 2 months later our dogs are playing together and having a great time which we really didn't think was possible. Training isn't easy - you have to be willing to put in the work to make progress and stick to it. If you are willing to put in the work, then I HIGHLY recommend working with Tanzi (Dog Crazy Lady). I don't think we would have gotten to this point without her!!“
