I boarded our one year old beagle at Countryside this weekend because our usual go to boarding place was full. So Ruby had her bones and blanket packed in her little red suitcase. It was never opened. It was almost not found to return to me. So for 48 hours of care the bill was over $100 and I have no idea how special that care was. I do know she never saw her blanket or toys. She's fine but I really am not very impressed. Our other two dogs received way more attention and care at another facility in town. Someone actually paid attention to their eating ,etc habits and wrote down any concerns. Ruby did not get that level of concern or attention I'm disappointed. I feel...read full review

We recently switched to this practice after not feeling listened to at our previous vet. The experience has been night and day so far. I immediately felt at ease because both the techs and the vet listen to all our concerns and addressed every point. They accommodated me brining all 3 of my animals at the same appointment to minimize extra trips.

I gave this a 3 out of 5 for their private survey. The vet called me, apparently offended that she didn't get a better review. I reminded her that this was a private review (and so it should have been for HER benefit), but she was very defensive and only got more defensive, in my opinion. I was never able to MEET her when I took my dog to her, due to how she handles the Covid epidemic. Note that their website does NOT say the pet-parent will not meet the vet but rather that masks are required. Also, she could have met me via Zoom or FaceTime but said I didn't "request" that. How would I know that was something to request, when I assumed I would meet her? Seems like that...read full review
