The Maryland SPCA is highly recommended for its excellent care of pets. Many express gratitude for the affordable veterinary services, including spaying, neutering, and vaccinations. Reviewers appreciate the calm and reassuring staff, especially during surgeries for rescue animals. The organization is praised not only for its care but also for its mission to help animals in need, making it a compassionate choice for pet owners seeking budget-friendly care.
The staff is described as very friendly and helpful, with genuine smiles, and the facilities are kept clean and well-maintained. Customers have had positive experiences adopting pets, including a sweet and playful one-eyed kitten and a small dog, and are very happy with their new family members. However, some customers have had to wait longer than expected for their appointments due to the organization being busy and potentially understaffed.
The staff here are all very nice, accommodating, and realistic. They open at 1pm and have kittens available daily but you have to get there right at 1. All 3 were adopted by 1:20. We fell in love with this cat, Frank, while visiting, and probably need to go back and get him!
The people can be so helpful, polite,They care for the animals as if they are all family. I truly respect the love care n compassion that is but out to animals that are in need of a forever home n those who just need a lil extra help caring for there loved one.So many people and animals have been blessed by the SPCA KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK AND Thanks for all that help..
Unfortunately they didn't have what we really had been looking for but the adoption process is super easy! They are practically giving them away! And the adoption process is so much easier than BARCS 😻
