From beginning to end, your fur baby and your family will always be their top concern.They were incredibly professional, empathetic, kind, sweet, and thoughtful with my family and me during the difficult passing of our beautiful guinea pig, Princess Pulgui.
Kristi was amazing!! She catered to us via phone and in person. Once we arrived she was already ready for us and even provided a private room so we could say our goodbyes to our forever fur baby.
Kristi also gently helped us navigate the cremation decision process during a very emotional time, all while being so sweet and showing genuine care towards us every instance. Thank you so much for that!!
