“My two kids have been in Little Ninjas for a year and they love classes! Master K is patient and firm when needed, and she LOOOOOOVES teaching kids!
The team teaches more than technique, stamina, and strength. They also teach respect and character building, pushing students to be great outside of the dojo…at school, at work, and at home.
In the fall, BAMs offers a month of free women’s self defense classes. I am so thankful for the lessons taught by Master K and Professor BAM! “Kick Xplosion is the best thing that has happened to my son. We are very fortunate to have found them. Their after school program is wonderful and my son is so happy. Most days, he doesn't want to go home! He gets the opportunity to play in the gymnasium after being in school all day, which he adores. He also takes Taekwondo class 2x a week, which has been an amazing experience. It's the perfect balance.

Master Curtis and Mrs. Brittany are wonderful people. They genuine love what they do and it shows. My son has grown in many ways. He has gained so much confidence over the past few years, and much of this I attribute to Master Curtis and Mrs. Brittany.

“I like Aikido because it does not emphasize the use of force or violence, but rather focuses on how to use your opponent strength and momentum to your advantage. this means that even if you are small or not very strong, that you can still do this Marshall art well. it is also a great way to develop your body awareness and practice mindfulness. As someone who has been working from home for the past two years, the Dojo has also served as a great source for community for me. everyone here is very friendly and welcoming to students of all levels of experience. The membership is very affordable, and I believe your first two classes are free. I highly recommend anyone who is interested in martial art or is looking for a community to come check it out.“

“Great class, great teacher, he’s methodical and practices form very well and thoroughly, as well as sword and staff, and elements of qigong within the style. Which qigong is very important for actual body health and dynamics. Ba Gua and Tai Chi are both internal style martial arts, if there is no qigong then it’s not internal. And true strength comes from that not just muscle. Sadly those that don’t know, just don’t know.
Tai Chi- great class , mostly older folks (men and more so women), that have been in class for over 12 years. Myself included, great form and technique. One should definitely stop in for a class.
Ba Gua- excellent class great form and technique, great with weapons, qigong mixed into the class not every class but throughout the year does segments on qigong, because again, this is an internal art. Again most of his students we’ve been here for over a decade or so. He is thoughtful and patient to show proper technique and form. And classmates are great to support this. Not sure about that 1 star. I studied Aikido for 25 years prior, still do on occasion and I’ve never had anyone here make fun of me or push me out because of it. Not sure who that was, but that may be a perception issue with that individual. Many of us here have studied other martial arts before coming to Ba Gua.

Anyways I cannot recommend. Sifu Greg enough. Very friendly, very knowable, great form and technique. Good seminars throughout the year too! I’ve always thought, what better way to get a good workout and learn to defend yourself!!“

“This man is Iconic! His father trained with Bruce Lee! M.O. is a beast! He was my instructor so very long ago and he has impacted my life more than he knows! His wife is a beast too! I was someone with a lot of power and skill and he saw great things in me! He was willing to teach and train me for the Olympics, however I found out I had lupus and I allowed that to cause me to stop a lot of things in my life! I was going to fight Aug 2nd 2025 Street Beef just to honor MO! However my mom got sick and she passed July 16 2025! Aug 2nd is her bday! I owe this man everything! I hope I can tap back in just for him! He's a great teacher for all ages and genders! I think about this man often and still have a $30 sweatshirt 20 yrs later! I remember Everything he taught me! He communicates with every single person in the class and tries to make the process right - even if you fail at first, he pushes you up and teaches you the way it needs to be..

If you want to start Thai Box you dont need to research and waste your time, this is the place you need to enroll the program..
