“Have been going to this gym for almost a year now and it really is such an important part of my week! They offer a wide range of martial arts classes for both children and adults, and all the instructors are friendly and awesome.I joined the bjj classes as my 2023 new year's resolution was to try something new and get my body moving. I was pretty nervous to join as I had grown up being told that martial arts was for boys and that it wasn't a very feminine thing to do, but now having done both bjj and muay thai, I feel that the opposite is true. I have a newfound confidence in myself and a safe space/outlet to let out any anxieties I might have. I also really love the people at the gym - just so encouraging, kind, and I don't feel any sense of judgement when I can't do something right or if I have a question.I can't recommend this gym enough.“
