The instruction is technical and well structured, and the culture on the mats is focused but respectful. They also have a great after school kids program. My own children train there recreationally and have had a very positive experience, while more serious students have access to competition focused classes. Most days, he doesn't want to go home! He gets the opportunity to play in the gymnasium after being in school all day, which he adores. He also takes Taekwondo class 2x a week, which has been an amazing experience. It's the perfect balance.

Master Curtis and Mrs. Brittany are wonderful people. They genuine love what they do and it shows. My son has grown in many ways. He has gained so much confidence over the past few years, and much of this I attribute to Master Curtis and Mrs. Brittany.
