This man is Iconic! His father trained with Bruce Lee! M.O. is a beast! He was my instructor so very long ago and he has impacted my life more than he knows! His wife is a beast too! I was someone with a lot of power and skill and he saw great things in me! He was willing to teach and train me for the Olympics, however I found out I had lupus and I allowed that to cause me to stop a lot of things in my life! I was going to fight Aug 2nd 2025 Street Beef just to honor MO! However my mom got sick and she passed July 16 2025! Aug 2nd is her bday! I owe this man everything! Our daughter has been attending classes here for about 6 months. And I have thus far been very impressed! The Instructor & Master there is patient,friendly and very knowledgeable.I don’t know how,but he remembers all the kids names, never forgets!
My children are having the best time learning at Arbutus Martial Arts. The teachers and environment are down to earth and family oriented. Firm but patient. I would recommend to anyone who doesn't need fancy but does want competent teachers in a welcoming environment.
