After 3 separate companies concluded that our basement leak (5gal/hr) was not related to the old water plumbing, Rafael came into the scene with a swift and professional assessment of what needed to be done. He got our estimate typed out in person, during his visit, and got our go-ahead on the spot. The team started work the following morning at an impressive, athletic pace. Estimate was for 2 days of work, and it was all finished in exactly 2 days. Our water is now beautifully flowing into an outdoor drainage system, installed by Beyond Waterproofing. These guys are thorough and fast, deserving all 5 stars. Their crew foreman Nelson is a very hard worker and a team leader, setting the pace for the rest of the team, while answering any and all questions. He's worth his weight in gold. Working with MAG was great--Marco and Ivan were very communicative and made sure they understood what I was asking for in each of the 3 rooms and the staircase I had done by them. They made sure the job was done thoroughly, even though it took an extra day of work to make sure the very dark paint was even. I am so impressed with the final product and the whole experience with MAG. Will definitely go to them with my future painting projects!

I had the pleasure to work with Damien. The job scope was to wood wrap with aluminum coil stock on the rear of my townhouse. The first crew did a messy job as there was excessive caulking spots and not laying the material correctly which as a result, caused a wavy appearance. I quickly addressed the issue to Damien and he assured me he will take care of it without hesitation. Couple weeks later ( due to shortage of material ) he sent out another crew and they tore down the old job and redid everything. It looks MUCH better now. Damien is easy to work with and will keep you up to date throughout the entire project. Thanks again!

For starters, I have unfortunately neglected going to the dentist for quite a bit longer than I should have let it go. I was extremely nervous going into this appointment. I was greeted by a very friendly receptionist, and started my appointment with the dental assistant who did my cleaning. She put my mind at ease and made me feel a lot better. Then I met Dr. Singer, and I felt like I was just hanging out with an old friend! He was so friendly, he joked with me, and he explained everything so well that I needed to understand. Then we found out that my darn insurance company sent me to this practice mistakenly, and my insurance isn't even accepted here ?♀️ So they told me they weren't going to charge me for the visit!! I can't even put into words how wonderful and caring this team is. I will literally be switching insurance companies just so that I can stay with Dr. Singer and his team. 10 outta 10!!!!

I'd like to acknowledge the outstanding service of Lyons plumbing. They installed a new hot water heater at my residence several months ago. Dan Lyons and his team were efficient, technically proficient, professional, and very courteous. The process was incredibly smooth.
When my existing hot water heater was showing its age, I had contacted multiple plumbers, including Dan, regarding a repair vs. replacement. Among them all, Dan was incredibly honest and candid about my options. The information he provided me was sound and it gave me confidence to have Dan install my new heater. I also thought his pricing was incredibly reasonable. He and his team arrived on time, and had my new heater operational in less than 2 hours. He was both thorough and safe. While he was here, he also tackled an exterior leaky hose bib.

My 40 year old fireplace needed cleaning and repairs due to cracking of the bricks up the chimney and other age and weather related issues. The guys showed up, right on time and then I decided to go further with a fireplace insert to make it more efficient and save on power bill and for safety. My power bill over the last 2 winters has been insane. They again showed up right on time, installed it and it’s now FL weather at my home along with the coziness. Very professional, excellent customer service, beyond polite and I recommend them THE MOST, over anyone else I have used over the years and we had quite a few. We are beyond Happy!!!!

Mario and his team did an excellent job repairing my deck! They replaced the floor boards, built a new railing and stairs. Mario was very prompt, responsive, professional, and kind throughout the entire process. He immediately responded to any questions along the way, adjusted our plans as needed, and was so flexible. The deck is solid, looks better than the original, and the sealant they applied later has performed beautifully in this month's rain (he cleaned and sealed my existing fence, too!). Mario was able to start the project sooner than expected and they finished within the projected timeline, even working closely with me to coordinate additional work around other contractors I had in the following week. I can't wait to enjoy this deck for years to come. Working with Mario was such a pleasure and I hope to have him do more to beautify my home in the future.

We could not have asked for a better outcome or experience on our project. We had a larger than normal project when we approached Goliath, but we already knew it was something they could handle based on other references and reviews of those who had similar work done. We live in Potomac and have a large house and backyard. Our budget was $500k. I realize that's a large budget, but our project was larger as well. Our project consisted of an in ground pool, hardscape surround, composite raised deck to include a covered porch and outdoor kitchen. The design is really what sold us almost immediately. I'll have to see if I can locate the renderings they gave us. Anyhow, they just finished two weeks ago. We celebrated our son's graduation from University of Maryland here and all our family and friends were stunned. Great job!

I have been researching automowers for over a year now. Many brands and models out there. I found AutoLawn on FB. Mike was super responsive and willing to help. He came out couple days after to demo couple of the units. Did an amazing job recommending an automower that fits my yard. He was able install the needed wires few days after the quote and he even left his own automower to cut the grass until mine arrived. Highly recommend Mike and AutoLawn!

Quietly and quickly did an expert repair, left it clean and caulked. I couldn't have asked for more, and the price was reasonable. I'm keeping his number around for when I need help. One evening our water stopped flowing. We have a well system...didn't know if it was the pressure tank or the pump. John came out the next morning to diagnose and fix the problem stemming from the pump (and the poor installation from the previous owner). We had it replaced. John & his team were extremely thorough and helpful answering our questions, and being up front about costs. My wife could just tell that John has been doing this for a lifetime as he knew what he was doing and takes pride in his trade. These are the type of businesses we need to support! Working with Four Seasons Landscaping was great! Doug was extremely attentive and helpful with providing expert advice, creating a low-stress design and proposal process, and following up all through the job. Doug's crew was also quite good and created exactly what we asked for and expected. They were efficient and always took the time to pause and discuss progress with me. They did a full-service job, moved our irrigation system where needed, and put finishing touches with plantings once the patio was complete.
Overall, I couldn't have asked for more, and we got exactly what we asked for from Four Seasons.
