Been going here months now. Very impressed with the therapists here. I had a back injury and this is the only local place I’ve found that really helps (I’ve been to a few other places, this is the best). The massage therapist that I’ve been going to has a great sense of where my trigger points are and has been helping me recover. They also have very good hours, so it’s been convenient to go here too.

This is the best massage place in the area. You will not regret coming here. The therapist is very professional and nice. My favorite is Emma; she will leave you like a new person. The place is very clean, quiet, and most importantly, relaxing. I recommend Maryland Lifestyle Spa 100%.

I had a 90 minute massage. The experience was one of the best I have received. The atmosphere was relaxing and Kelly listened to my needs having a bad lower back and stiff neck. When she was finished my back felt so much better along with other parts of my body that were really tense.
