Had a paint spill on my carpet from an improperly sealed gallon of paint I purchased.
Suds and Spokes was sent to clean the carpet and did a fantastic job. Quick and efficient service, and was able to remove the entire white paint stain from black carpet.

We had 4 different landscape companies provide us with recommendations for addressing a severe water erosion problem which prevented use of our backyard. 3 of them said it was undoable and that we could only divert the water once it had did its damage, Not Roberto, he proposed an excellent remedy. Well, this weekend has been nothing but downpours of rain and we have absolutely no erosion issues!! The stone paver patio (15'x16') they built for us is beautiful and all of their work is done to perfection!! I recently booked and had a great 90 minute massage with Faith Dixon at this salon. The salon is beautiful and extremely friendly and bright. Faith Dixon, is probably the best massage therapist I have ever used. I followed her from the QG in Baltimore to this salon in Mt Airy. Her session was worth an hour and 15 minute drive for me.

Reed and Son were available for a major leak within 4 hours helping us to be back on our feet. Chad was excellent and was able to diagnose the problem and complete the repair. He was also able to make us aware of some other vulnerabilities so that the process could be prevented from occurring again .

I'm a DIY'er and it seems like The Plumbery has anything and everything you could need for plumbing. They were very helpful with plenty of free advice to get my well tank switch replaced.
I had been looking for a local electrician with farm/agriculture expertise and saw that area highlighted on an Electrical Solutions company truck. We needed a very complicated repair and new wiring following a car crash into our main barn built around 1906; the crash wiped out the original barn panel box and tore up wiring. Mike, Royce and other staff worked with us to install a new panel box in a less vulnerable place, coordinated with county inspectors on the new wiring and Potomac Edison to reconnect power, and be sure everything worked as it did before the crash (lights, receptacles, well pump, etc.). Safety was a prime concern especially with such a vintage barn, and we are pleased that everything is restored and works with the necessary local disconnects added to keep everyone safe. I was informed as the work progressed and the electricians were very professional. Electrical Solutions will be our go-to company for future electrical needs.
We had a fluorescent light fixture in our basement that decided to die on us and started looking for an electrician to install it. Spencer responded quickly to my email, made a few suggestions of what to look for based on the pictures and set up an appointment to do the installation.

After 30 years of being limited to custom-sized refrigerators due to an oversized overhead cabinet, we finally found a solution. Steffen from Meisterbuilders did an incredible job modifying our custom red birch cabinetry to accommodate a full-size model. He handled everything seamlessly—picking up the cabinet, performing the precision work at his shop, and reinstalling it just a week later. The craftsmanship is so precise it looks original to the house. We finally have the refrigerator we’ve wanted for decades. I can’t recommend Meisterbuilders enough for high-end, local cabinetry work!

Mr. Conboy was attentive and there for us if we had any questions, and the experienced team of Matt and Ryan were great to work with. From start to finish everything was handled professionally and with skill. We had a total bathroom demolition and rebuild and the results are stunning. GMB Construction did an awesome job - took my house from a 9 Ci/L all the way down to outside levels (0.4pCi/L). The team also went above and beyond by replacing my sump pump lid assembly and sealing various cracks in the cement. Highly recommend!
We chose Hauptman Builders to bring our fully accessible home from the drawing board to the hanging of a 2 man mirror on our move in day. We heard of them through a realtor who worked with them for another client. They gave Hauptman glowing reviews which were fully met and justified with our build.
We cannot speak highly enough about the team of craftsmen that work for Hauptman. They are professional, personable and highly skilled individuals that gave our home many small but important custom finishes that we enjoy daily. Custom finishing and materials takes time to put into place and cannot be rushed.
Hauptman has been in the business of building for decades and has solid relationships with all of the subcontractors required to build a home. This also attests to the type of builder that Hauptman is. When we had an issue post build with our fireplace, the contractor immediately came out and resolved it for us, replacing the defective part. First class service all the way.
When we realized after our roof had been fully shingled that we needed a patio cover/roof for shade, Bill drew up 4 different options for us to choose from and seamlessly attached the sloped patio roof to our existing home structure. It looks like it was part of the original design and not the after thought that it was.

I needed to rehab my 35 year old inground pool and went to the Pebbletec website. I was pointed to a Pebbletec Elite builder near me. After selecting new tile, coping and a pebblesheen finish from samples displayed in their studio I contracted with Rowan Landscaping & Pools of Mt. Airy MD. They are a family-owned business and take ultimate pride in what they do. I have to say that everyone I delt with, from the office to the workers were consummate professionals. The entire job, from demolition to refilling with water took about 2 weeks. The result is excellent; I could not be more pleased. I will be contracting with them for ongoing maintenance also. We came here by accident and ended up staying, changing from our local veterinarian to mount airy and Dr Sabrina Palm. Dr Palm and the staff are all very friendly receptive and helpful. Dr Palm researches everything and refers our dogs when needed. She’s extremely knowledgeable and has caught issues other veterinarians have missed or misdiagnosed.

So, I have been to a few different comercial massage business, a small number of private massage business, and some vacation places (like cruises and resorts). first off... all thoses big comercial business are by far hit or miss (mostly miss) But even amongset some of the better more client oriented small/personal business... Untangled stands out by far the best! Stacey has been the most approachable massage therapist I have ever encountered. she always listens to your massage need/concerns with absolute genuineness and can tailor a session that matches. I have had several sessions with her over the years (but not as often I should/would like). Infact, part of me doesn't want to write this so I can have more of her availability to my self! and the best for me, (not really helpfull for others) is she is less than 1/2 mile from my house! so really I don't have any excuses to go more often than I have. So this is my shout out and love to Untangled Massage and also to my town of Mt. Airy!!!
