Great experience with A&S! The technician was on time, courteous, came with shoe covers and was honest. He was able to troubleshoot and service my fireplace while keeping me informed. He presented my options and I honestly think if I went with a different company, they would've had me spend more money by replacing a part that didn't need to be changed. It's so hard finding good honest companies nowadays that won't extort you. They also had the most reasonable price compared to the other companies I contacted. Excellent work on an extended, three-chimney job. Work site was clean, even throughout the multi-day process. Very honest - everything I was told actually happened. They also rebuilt a firebox, installed some furnace duct work and a new wood stove (different fireplace than the firebox). Very happy with all the results. Also, the initial estimate was thorough and accurate. This company has the capacity and takes the time to do great work.
