“We have used Len White at Long Fence on two separate occasions. I even waited a couple of years to make sure the jobs held up before posting. We had them install a white vinyl privacy fence and a stone paver patio. The fence was installed perfectly, even though we have a very uneven property. They showed up early installed the fence and left no mess. The patio was the really amazing work. One guy showed up and I was worried at first. Turns out he was a true artisan. He figured out how to deal with the uneven slope by our pool’s concrete by constantly measuring and grading until the pavers not only looked amazing, but also the drainage was perfect. We had several quotes and everyone was concerned about how to handle this issue. John handled it with ease. 3 years later and everything still looks great!“

“The only time we enjoyed a en suite bathroom was when we stayed at a fancy Airbnb. We finally have one in our house thanks to Greenleaf Construction! Chase Francis, our project manager, met with us on the design, cost proposal and eventual construction. It was a complete demolition down to studs of our existing bathroom. Chase provided valuable guidance on a revised layout that enlarged the shower area and was diligent in reviewing the owner and contractor submittals. (I missed chrome when it should have been brushed nickel and that would have been a two week delay.)
I can’t say enough about how wonderful our experience has been with Greenleaf.

Chase, our project manager, was a delight. He was so communicative and top of all the details including owner needed decisions! The Greenleaf crew of Alfredo, Alex, Alex and Leo performed all the construction excluding plumbing and electrical. Their workmanship on the drywall, tile, wood trim and painting is exceptional. The temporary protection, dust control and daily cleanup was perfect.

I’m sorry that we didn’t discover Greenleaf sooner. They recently added a new 1/2 bath to our daughter’s house and we were so impressed with their performance which made our decision easier. You will also note in the photos a late add of wall tile in our kitchen. Greenleaf provides exceptional value, quality and design expertise. You will be happy with your experience!“

“My wife and I first contacted “One Source” in 2001 after purchasing a one story house in southern Anne Arundel County , MD. We really liked the 3 acre lot with surrounding woods but the house itself was small and outdated. We met with Randy and Todd and they gave us some ideas on what could be done to transform the house into the home that we wanted. We gave them our budget and they put together plans to add a second floor with a large primary suite with a large bathroom. They also had several ideas on improving the bedrooms, bathroom and kitchen on the original main floor.

They stayed within our budget and kept to the agreed upon timeline.

They also added a spacious front porch.

A few years later we decided to expand the ground floor of the home and add a fireplace. We called Todd and again we were very happy with the second phase of the construction.

Our final construction project with “One Source” was to turn a detached barn / outbuilding on the same property into a separate guesthouse. They did a beautiful job with that also. They installed plumbing , heat and air conditioning so that it was a complete self-contained living space. And it added a lot of curb appeal to the whole property.

In the end they exceeded our expectations and gave us the home that we loved and lived in for over 20 years.
