“After James came out and looked over the job, I received a proposal later that day. Mike was the project manager. He called me to set up when the crew would be on site. He met me the first day the crew was on the job to review the project. The actual crew that did the job was excellent. They completed the job on time, did a great job, cleaned up after job was completed and were very professional. Highly recommend this company.“

“We highly recommend Todd and the One Source team. They did a significant remodel on our house including a completely new kitchen (down to the studs), a new master bathroom (including moving walls), and creation of a second floor laundry room, in addition to smaller projects like flooring and painting. They did a fantastic job and the house looks beautiful. We are very happy with both the process and the final outcome. We would highlight three specific areas where they excelled:1) Communication - Ericka is very detailed, organized, and responsive. The whole team communicates well and responds quickly, both to emails and to unexpected issues as they come up2) Resolving issues - Any project will have bumps in the road where doesn't fit perfectly as planned, etc. It's unreasonable to expect any project to go perfectly, the question is how the contractor handles the bumps in the road. Todd and One Source were great - always acknowledging the issues, figuring out fixes, and taking responsibility when something had to be redone. The One Source team has honesty and integrity.3) Complicated issues - There were a few times we had issues that we weren't sure could be solved, and the team was able to do it. Notably, we wanted to remove bevels in our floors, a professional flooring store said it couldn't be done, and One Source did it. The floors are beautiful.In summary, we recommend them without hesitation. Quality work, quality people, and a quality experience.“

“I've used Ray Stefanski Plumbing & Heating a couple times over the past 20+ years. Both times we rec'd prompt service, and the work they performed has lasted throughout the years. It's hard to find quality workmanship anymore, so when my elderly parents now (today) had a big plumbing problem, I didn't hesitate to recommend them. That's why I''m writing this review so late.As with any professional, they are not cheap, but remember, you get what you pay for. We wouldn't expect Ray Lewis or Lamar Jackson to cost less than they're worth, so I don't expect to pay a professional plumber on the cheap either.Highly recommended, and I'll use them next time I need plumbing services.Service: Plumbing pipe repair“

“I don't think there is another contractor that comes close to the quality and reliability of Unique Resources in Baltimore. It was a pleasure working with Robert and all his staff. They were courteous, listened to my requests, and gave well reasoned responses that were rooted in experience.You'll likely pay more for the work done by these guys but the owner, Robert, has decades of experience in Baltimore; there are very few restoration experiences left that would surprise him. He's not the kind of contractor that is going to get halfway through they work and suddenly needs a bunch more money because he found something unexpected.They don't cut corners and leave you with a product you'll need to get fixed again in five years, Robert is all about doing work quality work that will last.We had them fix up our bathrooms before the home was sold, along with painting and floor refinishing (which all looks amazing, the house sold in less than two weeks). We had already moved to another state while the work was happening and towards the end I had written Robert his final check for the contract. On the frameless shower door, Robert noticed they had used hinges with the wrong finish. Even though he had been fully paid he replaced the hinges (which I probably would not have even noticed) and didn't cash the final check until everything was correct. How many contractors would have done something like that?Now if I could find a contractor with half as much integrity in Utah I would be set.“

“First off, we were referred to Charis from a friend that recommended we use them. They said their Aunt used them and she was very particular about her property (normally will find anything and everything to complain about). Their Aunt raved about the amazing job Charis did on her roof. So we got a quote from Charis (and 3 other roofing companies that were recommended).Charis did an amazing job with our roof (Back when we lived off Tick Neck near Edwin Raynor). They replaced the needed wood panels, installed architect rated shingles, and even fixed issues with our gutters (without charging for the gutters they installed newer angled nails rather than re-seating the older straight nail system that was failing). They were very professional, had great attention to detail, and they were much better priced than any other company we got quotes from. We didn't find a single nail or piece of shingle on the ground around the house after they were done. They kept us in the loop on when materials were going to show up and when they were coming out to do the work. I 100% plan to use them again next time I need roof work.Services: Gutter repairs“
