The only time we enjoyed a en suite bathroom was when we stayed at a fancy Airbnb. We finally have one in our house thanks to Greenleaf Construction! Chase Francis, our project manager, met with us on the design, cost proposal and eventual construction. It was a complete demolition down to studs of our existing bathroom. Chase provided valuable guidance on a revised layout that enlarged the shower area and was diligent in reviewing the owner and contractor submittals. (I missed chrome when it should have been brushed nickel and that would have been a two week delay.)

Chase and his crew did an amazing job for us! We had our living room and master bath redone. They have transformed the space from ugly and awkward to beautiful! I can't say enough good things about Chase and all the people who worked on our house. Electricians, plumber, drywall guys, painters-everyone was friendly and diligent. They kept the work areas immaculate, the attention to detail was minute and every job was done right. Chase was even more meticulous and we could trust him to handle the details and make everything look fabulous. He always went above and beyond for us and we appreciate it. I contacted Greenleaf after a steam pipe burst in my Historic Lutherville home, causing extensive damage to our rear entry foyer and powder room. Chase and his crew from Greenleaf did a fantastic job from start to Finnish. Chase provided an easy to understand and follow scope of work and contract, and ensured everything was executed to perfection with minimal impact to my family. Thank You Chase and the Greenleaf team for returning our historic home to the showpiece it was meant to be.
