Absolutely best clinic in the area! Everyone here is extremely friendly and professional. I appreciate that they are so patient and take all concerns seriously, and they are very realistic and honest about treatment options and plans. It is obvious they really care about your furry friend. Am really glad I found them!!

I have only worked here for 2 weeks but right away the entire staff welcomed me in with open arms and have been so kind and helpful and encouraging. I had forgotten what it felt like to be truly happy to be at work until I started here. not only are the prices fantastic, but the doctors, techs, receptionists, etc are fantastic as well! thank you Dr Heard and Alyssa (and the rest of the staff) for giving me this wonderful opportunity and being so welcoming! I am a pet sitter and recently one of my charges, who was diabetic, became very ill at around 8:15 at night. He was in serious trouble and I needed help fast. A few days earlier I had learned from Dr. Heard that they now have extended hours. I called the clinic and explained that, even though we weren't regular clients, I had a cat in trouble. They immediately said to bring the cat in. Dr. Storm and 2 technicians met us at the door and went to work on him. His blood glucose was too low to register and his temperature was very low. After a couple of hours they got him stable enough to get him to the emergency clinic. They were wonderful. They never gave up and stayed positive throughout. It was such a relief having them available and I can't thank them enough.
