We are so grateful to Dr. Pelura, Tammy, and Megan for everything they did for our dog over the past several months. He had some complex health issues, and they were always responsive, patient, and thoughtful as we navigated his treatment. We always felt that he was in good hands.

Dr. Pelura was especially supportive throughout, personally texting to check on him and helping us navigate difficult decisions. When his condition worsened while we were out of state, he took the time to message with me on a Sunday morning and help me through an incredibly difficult decision from afar, which meant so much to me.

The Doctor and his staff were very inviting and there bedside manner, if you will, was simply great. Quick diagnosis and an explanation with a touch of humor made the process that much better. We will return in the future.

Customer Service on the phone was excellent.

I called looking for a new place to take my german shepherds for breeder support.

Unfortunately they aren't accepting new clients and refused to book an appointment with me but that's not a fault. In today's times all good veterinary offices are just booked.

Perhaps another time.
