“We took our precious cat to them due to a severe eye problem. Every part of our interaction was terrific. Charity was helpful and thorough on the phone. Erin the tech and Dr Rachel were informative, gentle, kind and super to talk to. We feel that all three went above and beyond our expectations and we feel certain our cat is in good hands.”
“I had an emergency with my cat. They were able to fit me in the same day I called. Coming as an urgent appt., it was more than I wanted to spend, but I needed to go that day. They were very kind and thorough with the care my cat received.”
“Everyone was very nice and knowledgeable. They really seemed to care about me and my fur baby!!!”
