“After recently losing my cat of 19 years, I was blessed to welcome a new kitten, Jon Snow, into my life. Animal Birth Control was recommended to me by a family friend, and I am so grateful for the recommendation.

I truly appreciated being able to speak with someone about my appointment and address any questions or concerns I had. Almost every time I called, I was able to reach someone directly, and if I called after hours, someone would follow up by text. Since I’m not always available to talk on the phone, the text message confirmations were ideal and very convenient for me.

When I arrived, I was greeted with a warm “good morning,” great energy, and such a positive attitude. I immediately felt the love and care from the staff and knew this was the perfect place for Jon Snow to receive his neutering and first round of vaccinations.

“We have been taking our dogs here for about 12 years and never had a bad experience. On Martin Luther King day our 14 1/2 year old lab experienced some sort of neurological episode and we knew it was probably time to say goodbye. I called the office knowing it would be a busy day with people off from work. They offered to have us come in right before their lunch time. After spending some time petting and loving on Brownie, the vet agreed that it was probably our sweet Brownie’s time. The entire staff were so considerate and allowed us to spend as much time as we wanted saying goodbye(even though we know it was eating into their lunch time) They made us the sweetest paw and nose prints as well. Brownie also had exceptional care 5 years ago after an emergency surgery. At that time the vet called us every day from surgery to her follow up appointment to check on her. They have also provided amazing care for our other two dogs. I can’t imagine them not always offering the best care possible.”
