“My experience at EyeWorks Vision Care Center has been exceptional. Owner and Optician David Richards is extraordinarily skilled at providing the best possible frames, fitting, and experience for customers. When it comes to eyewear, I should admit that I am one of those very picky customers (and David was so patient with me as I tried on many frames). I'm almost embarrassed to admit it, but I had already looked at two other optical stores before finding exactly what I wanted at EyeWorks. But beyond the look of my frames, they are expertly cut lenses. In the past, I've made the mistake of trying discount shops, including Warby Parker, Costco, and Kaiser Vision. Frankly, they didn't get my lenses cut properly, and my vision was compromised. Both pairs of glasses I got from David are stylish, and I see better than ever. The other team members, including Alan and Julie, were also great to work with. You can tell that I am a huge fan of this shop, having just discovered it last month. If you need new glasses or sunglasses, this is the place to go!“

“I was immediately greeted by three receptionist. Dr Delgado had good bedside manners; asked how I was doing, etc, before starting the exams. He gave me a 360 perspective of my exam results (contact lens and regular eye exam) and suggestions on where to purchase products.“

“The doctor and staff were very receptive and welcoming. The doctor did a very thorough job of my son's eye exam with care and attention, and she answered my questions patiently. One thing that could be improved to increase the value of services to patients is to try reducing the wait time before seen by the doctor; however, since this was my first visit I am not sure of the instances/likelihood of the wait time at this time and going into the future. But, I look forward to coming back to this provider. Great job!“

PREVIOUS REVIEW:
This office has seen alot of change over the years. Currently they are below par. We ordered glasses for my daughter at college. They were shipped to her at college and she received glasses that had not seen the finishing step of the process - the glass edges of the lenses had not been ground to smoothness, and were very sharp. She called iCare and they said to ship them back or find a local place to do it. They did not apologize. They did not offer free return shipping. They did not offer to cover the cost of having them finished at a store near her. Very sloppy work, and lack of apology implied that they were used to what happened. They have a business partner failed in their quality control, and the office in Cloverly failed to check that the order had been completed properly before sending them on. Unprofessional all around.“

After my diabetic husband's most recent visit he was concerned enough that he looked for other resources that could advice my husband on controling his diabetes in the face of visual impairment and called him to make recommendations. This is a doctor who wants to HELP his patients!“
