I had the best experience at Lume Hair Styles with Angela. I had reached out to her about an at home bleach treatment that did not go exactly as expected and Angela was quick to offer help. She’s really kind & caring and she is very knowledgeable about the treatments. She helped me fixed my hair on short notice and it looks much better than expected! I was worried about being judged but she was really welcoming and professional! I’d go back for more services and recommend to anyone in the DMV area.

Our experience with Wentworth was top-notch every step of the way! From the beginning, they were so thoughtful and detailed in addressing every one of our renovation wants & needs, and brought fresh ideas to make it special. Once the work began, our lead carpenters showed up every single day on time, were very respectful of our space, and left a clean site. Communication was clear and frequent between all members of the team, with frequent timeline and cost updates. We really couldn't ask for a better renovation experience! Wentworth was so thorough and thoughtful with the design, hired quality subcontractors to compliment their impeccable carpenters, and provided excellent customer service. We would not change a thing about our finished project and experience working with Wentworth!

I moved into Brighton Gardens of Friendship Heights in January of 2024. It’s a great neighborhood with many shops and restaurants, plus my son lives just ten minutes away. Moving into Brighton Gardens was one of the best decisions I ever made. I was fortunate in that at my first meal here, I was introduced to people who would become my buddies. I wasn’t expecting for the transition from living on my own to an assisted living community to happen so quickly and smoothly. All it takes is a friend or two, and ice cream served twice daily! I love playing jeopardy here and I also run a memoir club. Transportation to doctor appointments is an added bonus. I’m impressed by the fact that the care staff has been here for so long.

It’s been so hard to find consistent work until I recently discovered Em Hotep. I love how intimate & clean the space is and loved the private appointment. Perfect for someone like me who doesn’t enjoy the environment of a typical nail salon & questions sanitation. Aside from loving my nails, it’s also a wellness hub as owner Patricia is easy to talk to about intentionality & energy and even sells sea moss and other products. I was offered beverages and snacks & was pleasantly surprised to be offered wine since I came after work. Love!

This was my first encounter with the department and I was apprehensive ; I am elderly (87) and have digestive problems that bother me and seriously detract from the quality of life. The doctor came in, asked the usual questions and the proceeded to integrate these into my MedStar file in a highly competent, professional fashion. At the end of the session, I had the very strong feeling that he understood what the issues were, where the gaps in critical data were and made arrangements to fill these gaps ( CatScan needed). The conclusion was an excellent summary of his understanding and an agreement to meet following the additional data gathering process at which time, the next steps will be discussed. It was a classic example of the scientific process in action and I greatly appreciated the transparency in this process.

I want to start by saying I never write reviews, but I felt like I needed to in order to help others who are indecisive on their surgeon or their procedure.
As soon as I met Dr. Chang, I knew he was going to be the surgeon I chose. He was kind, funny, considerate and very compassionate. He made me feel comfortable right away, which I didn’t feel with the other 2 surgeons I had met with. He took the time to truly examine my nose. He spent the full hour consultation understanding my goals, examining my breathing issues, taking additional pictures and reviewing the “after” images of with me.
Following the consultation, I was in constant communication with his assistant, Samantha. Anytime I would think of a question or concern, I would email Samantha and within 1-2 business days she would reply back and address each and every question. She was so prompt and responsive. I persistently emailed her multiple times, and her responses were always so helpful, understanding and friendly. I really appreciated all the help she provided me on multiple occasions.
Upon surgery day, I felt very comfortable, and the process was extremely smooth. At no point in time was I confused on what the next step was or what I needed to do to prepare. Both Nurse Jackie and Nurse Tech Katherine, made the morning of my surgery very easy and comfortable. They were amazing.
Following surgery, Dr. Chang personally called and texted me to check in on how I was doing — this made me feel truly cared for. He also sent me videos and pictures of how my nose looked right after the surgery since I had a cast on.
I am now 2.5 weeks post-op and Dr. Chang has reached out to me a few times just to check in to see how I am doing. Although I have some swelling (which is expected), I love my new nose! Dr. Chang exceeded my expectations!
If you are considering a rhinoplasty, I 100% recommend Dr. Chang. You won’t regret it. I plan to go to Dr. Chang for any future procedures I will have.
I came back to Mr. Gross because he helped my son with his divorce a while ago. Mr. Gross is knowledgeable and I feel like he respects my intelligence. He hears as well as listens. I feel he understands the situation. While he has vast knowledge, he hones done the law specific to my case. I feel confident about what will take place with my son's property should he not write a will. I am grateful for Mr. Gross' expertise and character.
I had chronic pain in most of my body, headaches, and severe dizziness. After months of tests and some PT, I was faced with a diagnosis of a lifetime of chronic pain regulated by medication and very limited ability to do sport. After I started working with Bill Amos I managed to get to a point where I was pain free and able to run and ski again. And I now also have the tools to stay that way. Bill has a tremendous wealth of knowledge, breadth of techniques, and insights. I can't recommend him enough.

A lovely experience that is consistent and the office is simply beautiful. There is no long lag time or wait times and there is consistent followup and care. Dr. Ginn and her staff focus on the patient, their needs and are very comprehensive in their care with the strictest of hygienic controls and efforts that were stringent during the pandemic and in tune with CDC recommendations but even now a definite push to assure patient safety and best interest. She is a physician that cares about the entire patient and skilled at understanding the nuances of medical factors that can impact your skin. Very cutting edge and up to date on the science around dermatology. I don't ever feel like I'm being "sold" on a product or service; to the contrary---often the answer is "No" that wouldn't benefit you even if it is a paid treatment. I have the utmost respect for SkinLRG and have been a patient for several years. Simply outstanding and refreshing to have a professional office that puts patients first, no disregard for our time or choice in deciding on who will take care of our health---skin health. Fabulous! Simply FABULOUS and yes I am worth every cent---my own health and wellness is worth every penny!

I took my son to see Dr. Fleury today for a cyst, and I was pleasantly surprised by how nice the office is. Dr. Fleury is incredibly kind and professional, and the staff are equally friendly and welcoming. Knowing that we live an hour away and having some availability, Dr. Fleury kindly offered to perform the procedure in our first visit, which saved us another trip.
I found this clinic and Dr. Fleury through a Google search. At first, I was a little hesitant because he didn’t have many reviews, but I felt he looks like a nice doctor by his photo. I am glad I was right. This is my first time writing a review for a doctor because I know there may be other patients like me who rely on reviews when choosing a doctor.

I have been very pleased with the care I receive from my Primary Care Doctor, Dr Tracie Lanter. She is very accessible, and I know I can depend on her efficiency in following through with prescriptions or referrals. It is a good feeling to know she is just a phone call away.
5 days post op and I am ecstatic. My results were exactly what I was looking for and with me coming in there with just a vision and no reference pictures or anything, Dr. Dupont executed perfectly. Still in the beginning stages of recovery but all is going well and I would choose this procedure and practice all over again if I had the opportunity to. Good communication and very thorough walk throughs from beginning to end.

i have been coming to juve for a couple of years — we moved to bethesda a couple of years ago, and i tried out several nail salons, and juve is the only one i come back to. i get acrylic sets with gel, and have gotten them from both kelly and crystal. they’re both amazing, but i have had crystal most frequently, and have been very happy every time. she’s quick, kind, my nails always look great, and they last well over a month. juve is also super easy to book appointments with (yay online option!), and i have always been treated warmly by the front desk. definitely recommend juve for nail treatments (and if i find myself in the market for botox etc, will definitely be trying juve first!)
