I recently moved to the DMV from New York and have been looking for a salon that nails the shape as I’m a simple gel polish client. It’s been so hard to find consistent work until I recently discovered Em Hotep. I love how intimate & clean the space is and loved the private appointment. Perfect for someone like me who doesn’t enjoy the environment of a typical nail salon & questions sanitation. Aside from loving my nails, it’s also a wellness hub as owner Patricia is easy to talk to about intentionality & energy and even sells sea moss and other products. This is a great space to get your mani and pedi done. For people who are reluctant due to diabetes, or those who have never been. The head nail tech is a amazing and VERY knowledgeable on your nail health.Also can enjoy wine or seamoss while you get this luxurious experience.
Patricia is the best! Seriously the sweetest person, and a great conversationalist that made the time fly by. The salon is clean, well decorated, and comfortable. I’ll definitely be back
