I recently had hip replacement surgery by Dr. Siram of Summit Orthopedics and I couldn’t be more pleased with the results. He and his staff are wonderful and I felt well taken care of every step of the way. The communication and the follow-up with Dr. Siram and his staff - all key patient concerns during pre and post operation periods- was flawless and very comforting. I want to highlight Sarah for her thoroughness and professionalism as well which was extremely appreciated. Thank you Dr. Siram, Sarah and the rest of Dr. Siram’s team for everything!
Because of Dr. Siram’s expertise and extensive experience with knee replacement surgery, I chose him for my PLKR three weeks ago. I had my PRKR last December, and I’m happy to report that I’m about 90% healed—fully functional and continuing to recover well. His outstanding surgical skills truly live up to his reputation and beyond.
Would I recommend him to others? Absolutely—without hesitation. I take physical therapy very seriously, and with Dr. Siram’s guidance, including prescribing a home exercise bicycle for two months, my recovery has been exceptional.

Dr Siram is personable and confidence building. He made my whole hip replacement experience almost unremarkable. I am SO happy I pushed forward and, after hiking five days in a row in Yosemite in my 8th week post surgery, with NO real attention or notice of my new hip, I count this an incredible success.
